We offer a certified Anger Management/Education Program that will provide the following:
- An Initial Evaluation (by a licensed clinician)
- An Anger Management/Education Program
- Individual sessions*
- Family sessions*
- A Certificate of Completion
*We offer the individual and/or family sessions upon request.
Course topics include:
- Understanding anger through events and cues
- Anger, control, and the aggressive cycle
- Beliefs about anger and the ABCD model
- Plans for expressing anger effectively
- Assertiveness and conflict resolution
- Anger and the family
We also offer a more individualized and comprehensive treatment plan for individuals that want to resolve their anger issues and related behaviors. We do this through, individual sessions group sessions and family sessions.
Length:
The Anger Management/Education Program is a 6 hour course that meets on Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM.
